Thank you Raul for being so helpful & very open about my car & for taking very good care of my baby i took my 2020 Mercedes Benz S560 in on Friday 9/27 for a replacement of the oil pump and raul informed me it’ll be ready by Thursday 10/4 of the following week which to me was amazing (no shop takes less than a week for anything) & he called me a day before wednesday 10/3 explaining my car was ready for pick up & even courtesy washed my car! thank you to all the guys at prestige for their delicacy & hard work!

The gentlemen at the front desk were quick to put me at ease and address my vehicle emergency. I found this place thanks to Google and I am so grateful. The price was similar or better to a national shop, they include a car wash when finished. My car stalled at a gas station. I was near another national car repair shop and thankfully they were able to start my vehicle to get it to their shop. Once there they determined that a new battery was needed. Unfortunately the battery is not easily replaced as it’s located under the driver seat requiring more than usual effort. The real issue came when they advised me that they could not figure out how to reset the codes on the vehicle, as required, once they replaced it! Really?! This job was a $650+ job and you don’t know how to do it? The nearest national dealership shop was 1.5 hours away, this was a Friday afternoon around 4pm! They casually left me to figure it out myself. Prestige Auto Tech had the parts and knowledge to take care of my car in a professional and experienced manner. Thank you!
